I ordered the coffee table, the hardware didnt fit, too small for holes, i went to hardware stores and unfortunately have to get them from company. So i contacted them and was amazes the young lady said no problem.
Waited and waited. Called back and order had not been processed.2nd csr not so pleasant or agreeable, said they cant ship new table (because that would take shorter time to process)they only had a low amount of 35 in stock. What am i. Chop liver.
I explained i want something. Im tied of looking at this broken table.and what an awful thing to say to a person. Ive worked in customer service for 25 plus years and steven, thats a no no. You did however offer a refund.
Ive had this table for a month. The box is gone . So send me the correct hardware.
Or send a new table and ill send this one back in your box. Thank you ms jacob
