Placed an order over two weeks ago. It was free because I used my points.
After being lied to about the status of my order for the past two weeks I was told this morning that there was a clerical error in my order and they were returning my points to my account. I don't want my points I want my product. Extremely dishonest company!!! Spent a lot of money and rightfully earned my points which are completely worthless.
I have gotten so many different customer service people. they are obviously outsourced and have no idea what they are talking about.
They are impossible to get on the phone as well, was on hold several times only to be hung up on when someone finally answered. There are many better companies offering better quality products to do business with!
