I ordered the ride on Jeep from Walmart.com.When the jeep finally arrived We got it assembled put together and charged. but it's failed to charge.
I responded with all the details and informed them that I would like a refund and how should I go about returning the jeep. last 3 weeks I am waiting for their response. I immediately started trying to get in touch with the company, buy no available they don't take customer calls.
And did not respond to emails. I will never order from this company again, i'll take the responsibility for not realizing it was not a Walmart item This company is the worst I have ever dealt with and I have been doing online shopping for years.
