I placed an order with this company on 12/10/17 have not received any info what so ever about my order no email no text and the live chat is a gimmick no one has been available since I place my order for my grand baby Christmas present and no one has even answered their phones I’m going to take legal action against them because I work too hard for my money and I work for a well respected company all over the world and I’m going to share my experience with my co workers to make sure no one else gets this treatment that I have gotten from best choice products if you are reading this review please don’t think that you will be treated better than this because you wont beware if this company

Same here. I ordered 12/8 no response.

Tried live chat. Doesn't exist. Called and held for 30 minutes to only be told to "Call this other number and we will bump you to the front of the line" and they hung up on me. I called the other line held another 30 minutes and received a "leave a message" and got hung up on again.

I've emailed them to see if they will respond in 3-5 business like they say.

Because they are so trustworthy right now right? Worst customer service ever.

I have the same issues! Waited on phone 45 minutes then they hung up on me.

We received no confirmation whatsoever and they have our money! Bought from sears.com and they are not any help!
