Ordered a product that showed in stock and was provided a tracking number. I tracked it and found it was headed to a different location.
I called BCP and was informed that the package had multiple shipping labels. The rep then just asked if I wanted a refund like he was expecting it as their customer service is known to be horrible. I told him no-I want what I ordered. He agreed to have the order sent to me and advised they would send me another tracking number.
He never mentioned the item was out of stock. I waited and nothing. I called back to BCP and I was informed that the item was not in stock therefore they have to issue a refund.
So now I'm waiting on my refund so I can order elsewhere. Never again will I use this company!
