Dec 2017 ordered 2 chairs, its been 3 weeks now, no tracking information and no product. No one answers phone or emails.
Call customer service and phone disconnects after 30 minutes. I try again and then entered option to get called back. When I do get called back I am given another number to get moved to head of line. After 30 minutes I get a message to leave a message after the beep and then am promptly hung up on.
I( have emailed Walmart and they forward to company and I get a canned response that I will get a follow-up message in 3-5 days.......it's been 6.
Now I get a message that it will be followed up on in 3-6 days. I guess it's time to call the credit card company.
