We received our order yesterday afternoon, 11/17/17, Friday. It was damaged.
I had to leave to work, so I didnt have time to look into the return process. This morning, I got on line to process the return. I called customer service and they close at noon on Sat. (missed them by 15 minutes).
Two hours later... I'm still on line. The email addresses provided keep going in circles and I need to get an RA # from Customer Service rep. ....
ANNNNNNDD policy states that I have to pay for shipping???? WHY??? IT'S NOT MY FAULT IT ARRIVED DAMAGED???
why should it come out of my pocket??? SMH "Mars"
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Preferred solution: Get a replacement without having to pay anything out of pocket. Not my fault it arrived damaged..
Best Choice Products Cons: Spent over 2 hours trying to get return processed damaged.
