I ordered my ride on Truck on 12/5/17. The item arrived not to long afterwards, as we were very excited to put this together for my daughter as it was her Christmas Present.
We looked over all the parts and hardware and noticed that the "REAR AXLE" was missing. We called and called their customer service line at 844-948-8400 and after hours and hours on hold, we finally got through to them. We felt really dumb about not finding the rear axle. It was located under the car(you have to literally flip it over) and it is clipped under the step on the drivers side.
We were told they are having a lot of calls that are causing up to a 3 hour hold time.
