Ordered umbrella from BCP. trying to order Red.

Kept changing back to default first choice of Tan.

I do not think it was my computer that kept changing it back to Tan, I think the BCP website was screwing up.

Finally thought I had ordered Red only to see confirm e-mail stating Tan would ship, but wouldn't ship for a couple of days. Immediately tried messaging then tried calling to BCP customer service. No ability to correct order according to people I messaged and then spoke to. Unable to cancel order either.

"Cancel an order" just informs you that cancelling doesn't happen. Now stuck with Tan umbrella I didn't order and need to pay return shipping for. Wtf

Best Choice is my Last Choice now.

Will never order anything from them again. Unacceptably poor customer
