ordered a couple of items after realizing alot of the things i was ordering from Amazon came frim them. Free shipping had to do this right?
So I received an email saying my items have been delivered. only to come home and see it was all wrong not even close. well I decided to call and was on hold for like 30 mins even though they had a msg that said they will hold my place in line and call back but yeah heard that before. But after waiting and have the phone hang up, i decided to try it 15mins later I received a call back.
the rep couldn't have been nicer and more helpful (Elvin).
they acknowledge their mistake and corrected it. every company will make mistakes but how they correct it tells me about the quality of the company thanks again definitely will be doing business again
