I placed an order on 12/10/2017 from Walmart.com Unfortunately, I did not receive one of the items purchased and this awful company was the selling merchant. Walmart advised me that I have to call them directly for refund.
Well..... I sent over 4 emails and each automated reply said that someone would contact me shortly. I called over 10 times only to be on hold for over 30 minutes. No one ever answered and when I would press the option for a callback, guess what??
I never received a call back. Poor customer service and never responded.
Called walmart back to escalate the situation. Filing a lawsuit
