I brought a futon and it arrived with no instructions. I was able to put most of it together.

It came with three sets of legs. Putting the set on each end was easy since they had the drill holes ready to screw the legs in. However there were no holes for the middle set of legs. I guess you're supposed to guess.

Rather than make a mistake I called the customer service department and they were not able to help because I did not have the order number. What difference does having an order number make???

I told them the product number and they still could not help. I will never order anything from them ever again and will tell everyone I know about this experience.

"Hassle free returns"???? That's a joke!

I'm being stonewalled and cannot get a return label out of the people.

I've written 5 emails and each reply is trying to get me NOT to return it. The customer service phone number has a recording saying they are closed for today, and I'm calling during normal business hours!!!
