I purchased a sectional sofa on Labor Day weekend. I contacted the company literally on the last day of my warranty and was told the warranty expired a few hours ago and they could no longer help me.

The upholstery began to tear at the seams! So, not even a prorated replacement? Nothing? I mean, I didn't call six weeks after the warranty, I called six minutes after, and they told me to pound sand.

They offered 10% off a new purchase. Seriously? I want my sofa fixed. It's less then three months old and the upholstery is tearing off.

VERY dissatisfied!! Even a prorated repair would have been acceptable.
