Placed order on Monday, got confirmation Tuesday AM with FEDEX tracking number saying Wednesday delivery... Friday i called asking where it was at, customer service said to call FedEx and when i did FedEx said they see the label was created but they were awaiting package (no one called for a pick up).
I called customer service back and they were quick to say sorry YOU had a problem with the order, i will refund and cancel this.... NO i want the item i ordered just get it here. They said they would issue a replacement ( replace what?
The order necer came) 3 customer service reps (3 different stories and i felt like i was talking to Sprints customer service) and i also had support emails from 4 different people with a total of 4 more different answers. GET IT TOGETHER CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU HAVE ONE JOB!!!

I ordered two strains of industrial waterproof outdoor lights for our Lanai. We just opened the box this afternoon ( 11/2018) and hung them.
When we turned the lights on 11 worked and 19 DID NOT WORK!!!!! We tried everything. Our neighbor is an electrician and he came over to help. After a thorough going through he determined that most of the sockets were defective!!
The bulbs were ok but the sockets were not. I called the company immediately. I was told , sorry but there is only a 60 day warranty on this item. There was zero paperwork in the box so there is no way for a consumer to know this.
When I explained that I ordered them before our Lanai was completed, but that the box was only opened just hours before, she then proceeded to tell me that they no longer have this string of lights! Here's the kicker...I was told that I could not return it or get credit for this defective product, but if I wanted to order something else that I could receive a 10% discount!!!!! Seriously!!
I told her and I will tell anyone, I will never purchase anything from this company again. They are shady, dishonest and unfair!!!

As of this date, this has NOT been resolved. The company basically offered to do nothing, except offer me a small discount on the purchase of another tree. Are you kidding me?????
I did not completely fluff out the tree at that time because it wasn't Christmas. When putting up tree for Christmas, the top section was not even the proper one for the tree. I ordered a full size tree, and the top was for a slim tree. I tried for hours to make it work.
No way to make it look right.
When I contacted the company, I was told that, because of their strict warranty policy, there was not anything they could do for me as far as a refund or replacement, and they hoped I understood! This company is just ripping people off with their substandard products and lack of quality control!

I ordered a futon from Walmarts website. It turned out to be a best choice product.
The futon was hard as bricks and sat a few inches ftom rhe floor. Best Choice customer service said to keep rhe product and rhey would issue. Ne a partial refund of 75.00. They said the return shipping would be too high so thats there solutuon.
Well they never sent the rhe redund. Not im looking at a article of furniture that i can do nothing with!!
I was going to use the partial refund that they were duspossed yo send yo have my handyman REMAKE the futon. Such a waste!.
Bought a greenhouse..with holes in it...
I did lose some plants due to the zipper seam not being closed off.
They finally resolved the issue after offering me just a few dollars to “leave as is”..I kept refusing then insisted they send me a replacement cover and a return label to send the defective one back. Best advice I can offer us google best choice phone number and do...
Excuse my dirty hands..I had been repotting plants thinking I had a decent & warm greenhouse to put them into.

Horrible products and customer service
We bought a 4 wheeler for my daughter for Christmas. Since we live in the Northeast, she wasn’t able to use it until the spring, when the snow melted.
After only 2 uses, it broke. After contacting the company, they said there was nothing they could do since it was past the 60 day warranty.
Furthermore, they suggested that we try to “find a part locally”, since they don’t stock individual parts, but didn’t tell us exactly what we would need or where to buy it. Bottom line: don’t waste your money on defective products with no customer service to back them up.

I Need the entire swivel end of the canopy top Which broke in normal use PARTs: "C" (1), "M" (2). "Q" (2) – per the parts diagram.
Selling items cheap is JUST ½ of the job.. – anyone can do that !..
The other ½ of the job.. which is just as important.. is the follow-up customer service support..
You must ‘stand behind’ your products… cause If the seller doesn’t believe in their products enough to ‘back them’, then why should we buy them ??!..-
Without that 2nd ½.. you have NO RETURN CUSTOMERS !!

If these “Best Choice” Products break - then you’re ON YOUR OWN ! – NO customer support !!

If/when a part breaks on the “Best Choice” Products- you’re S.O.L. [Out of Luck!} they don’t have any replacement parts [even though they still ‘make’/sell that same product..! – You’re on your own to figure out how to repair their product!!.. or you’ll have to RE-BUY that SAME product over again !! (& then trash the 1st product you bought from them] !!

Piece of junk bird bath
I purchased a bird bath which had a solar light on top. It arrived damaged where the pole that held the solar light would not tighten up.
I contacted BCP and they offered $7 to keep it and I take it for repair. I asked for their return address then they offered $15 to keep it so I agreed. That was on Oct 13th. They said it should be credited back to my account in 3 to 5 days.
Today is Oct 26 and I have contacted BCP by email several more times asking about my refund.
Each time they keep saying it has been submitted but on this end I'm getting nothing.
This company is a rip off company that sells piece of junk items! It's getting near Christmas so people please beware and do not do any business with this company!!!

Bought SKY908 Ride on car for child
I bought a SKY908 ride on car from Walmart online, fulfilled by Best Choice Products. Sometime after 60 day warranty, we unpacked the item, which was a gift for my daughter’s baby, and after assembling it, we discovered a loose connection on the main harness. As a consequence, the vehicle does not operate correctly and loses power regularly.
Although the product was beyond its 60 day warranty, we contacted BCP for a replacement harness. We even offered to pay for the harness.
They did nothing to address our concerns. All they quoted and hid behind was their 60 day warranty.
Horrible customer experience! Don’t buy from BCP and stop buying from Walmart online until they get rid of this vendor!

Return with no refund
Returned a bed and was told the refund was processed multiple times when it had not. Was even told it was a problem on Walmart’s end but customer service at Walmart verified it was never done.
Originally they tried to blame me saying we weren’t home for delivery (Houston), when it was a return delivery to their warehouse (Indiana or Illinois) and they weren’t there to receive it. Was finally told it was a “glitch” in there system and that they could assure me I would receive my refund in 3-5 days. Spoke with multiple people and they each said the refund team was processing it or that it was pending. They changed their story so many times on the phone it definitely seemed made up.
One person told me that only Walmart could issue return and another person told me only best choice products could refund it since it was sold through them. No one would get me actual information.

My husband examined the ATV, and we told the BCP customer service agent which part we believed to be defective. They said they could do nothing, and that we’d need to try to find the part locally.
