Got some of your BC extra soft TP toilet paper 12 roll = 24 is what I got in a week I used a roll plus it was the most rough thing I have used wiping my but I am the only person that uses that bathroom and I am a man I dont know how you can call it soft whenever a newspaper is more soft So I have been telling everyone about how I feel about your TP and recommending that they get something different

Toy arrived broken

Remote Control Robot Transforming cars (set of 2) arrived inoperable. Comes with no instructions. There may be something, that is not apparent in the operation of these toys but, how would I know if the product comes with no instructions. This is a Christmas gift for two young boys. It is now December 16th; I hope you will be able to replace before December 25th.

I purchased an electric guitar and instead of receiving my item. I received a 6ft Christmas tree 2 days before Christmas. They said I could keep the tree, but I had to reorder my item, and they would not offer overnight service for free. So I was out of luck with my Christmas gift. Terrible customer service. The agent said.."just keep the tree or give it to a friend. Meanwhile, I will not get my gift I ordered for Christmas. A refund is not good enough when you don't have the gift you ordered. Never buy from Best Choice Products. Horrible company!!!! I will see how long it takes to get my refund. I might have to return to this sight.

Since I don't want this email to be too convoluted, I'll try to explain my situation to show chronologically what my issue is.
On 4-14-20 I placed an order for a 2-Person Outdoor Mesh Double Glider w/Tempered Glass Attached Table for a total of $142.55
On 4-20-20 the item was delivered via FEDEX Tracking # 178400****10 but since I didn't have anyone to help me assemble at that time I waited until 4-24-20 to open the box and that is when I discovered shattered glass on the sides so I never opened box completely since I knew it was already damaged.
4-24-20 I called 844-948-**** but they are unable to offer phone support due to COVID-19 and I completely empathize with them and appreciate they are actively pursuing ways to get their home team to work from home and to email customer service for support.
***On their website under "Damaged or Defective Items" it says to contact customer support team within 60 days to assist with a refund or replacement and images are sometimes required. ***
4-24-20 I emailed BCP about my damaged product with 5 pictures attached and requested a replacement or full refund - BCP acknowledged with Request # 114****.
4-24-20 Sent a more detailed email regarding damaged product &;;;;;;;; BCP acknowledged with Request # 114****.
On 4-27-20 I received an email from BCP to write a review on my recent purchase and I wrote exactly what happened so you can understand that it was NOT a favorable review.
On 4-28-20 I sent another email regarding refund or replacement of damaged product and BCP acknowledged with Request # 115****.
On 4-30-20 I sent another email asking for a REFUND and BCP acknowledged same day with email Request # 116****.
LO AND BEHOLD...
On 5-5-20 I received my 1st response from an actual person whose name is John M.

so I was ecstatic that I was finally heard but as I read on John M. stated they looked into my order and it appears that it is no longer within the 60-day warranty period and item cannot be replaced or refunded and for additional questions to reference ticket # 115****.
I was VERY SURPRISED because it had only been 15 days and I started correspondence 4 days after damaged product was delivered. What the.......?
Moving along...I discovered this website "pissedconsumer.com" and saw that there are over 700 negative reviews and only 7 had been resolved as of 5-5-2020. Had I know this earlier...
I try to be as thorough as possible, so I apologize for this long review.

If there is anyone that can help me resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. I no longer want a replacement - I want a FULL REFUND of $142.55.

They are a bad company. I recently purchased a indoor/outdoor console table and it was damaged.

They would not send me a replacement board. So returned the whole table to them. Very poor customer service.

They don't go out of their way to try and make the customer happy like other companies do. Would not buy anything from this company again.

Bought patio furniture which they shipped by FedEx but was never received. After advising them I had not received it, I got the runaround for 2 weeks by their customer service dept who said it was, and that the matter was closed, so tough for me. I called FedEx myself and just received confirmation from them that they delivered to the wrong address, but that they didn't know where it is now. It was that easy but not for BCP. They're the worst. Stay away!

Furious over delayed refund

There are many. Customer service sucks. I spent over $250. for a Xmas tree. It was 9 feet tall and could have been beautiful, if it didn't come with a dinky stand that it no way could handle the 80 pound weight. The stand broke, 1 of the lights (there were 1,000) fell out and caused two chains of lights to go out, and no way to figure out which of the 500 lights caused the problem. NOW, 8 days after it was delivered I am still chasing my refund, have had 4 live chats all with different answers. Still do not have a dime. Want to be lied to? Want to wait an inordinate amount of time for a refund? Want an inferior product? Then THIS is your kind of company.

I have bought this product last December 2019 for my birthday party. Although we had a hard time to assembly it, at that time it seemed to be working properly. After the party, I have cleaned it up and stored in the dining room. A few days ago we had my sons birthday party. I have tried to use the product again and I got utterly surprised as I realized that the cooler displayed multiple rusty spots (pictures). When I filled it with ice and beverages, it started leaking water through the bottom area of the product. I reached out to Best Choice products and they stated: Please know that all items bought from us are covered with a 60 day warranty period. So if you want to pay more than $100 to buy a product that will serve you just once in a lifetime and then will turn out to be unuseful, its up to you. I wont buy anything from this seller again.
