Resolved: Problenm with a product i bought some features on the item is defective I will still keep the item because some feature still work while some features don't I am requesting a credit of some money

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I send video recording of proof that some part for the item was defective, and some feature that was advertised was not on the the item leading to a product replacement

It is a kid bike the right foot pedal is effective and keep falling off ,it have no real working head light as describe,and advertise, it can't listen music on blue tube as also advertise however the bike can ride when it is charge and so in the case I am requesting some if my money for the other features that dosen't operates

I ordered a product on 6/3, with the estimated shipping being 3-5 business days. I received an order confirmation, and sent an email on 6/11 to check the status of my order.

Afterward, I reached out to the live chat on their website. They were not able to provide me with an update on the status of my order and claimed to send it to their escalation team. It's now 6/13, I have sent another email, but have not heard anything back about the status of my order. I feel as though I have fallen for a scam.

Their live chat customer service was also extremely rude and sarcastic. I will never purchase from here again.

Tell the truth about this scammer

Would NEVER buy again or recommend this dropshipper. (If your not familiar with this term, is basically scaming by purchasing a lot of *** from China and sell it 3, or 5, or 10 times more expensive)

Bought a little 2 seats futon couch $250, seems nice on the pictures but ... really inconfortable, your definitely can't sit on it, you can feel all the metal pieces inside, really bad quality of fabric and...surprise! I found the exact same couch on Temu for $60 ... or on Amazon with other sellers for less than $120. Definitely a bad dropshipping. I asked for a refund and prepared to send it back, but... surprise number 2: it cost around $200 with FedEx or UPS. And surprise number 3: they reserve themselves all right to not refund us after checking the item.

So: I payed $250 for a dropshipping, have to pay $200 to get rid of it and I would probably never been refund... no sir. I send them a message via Amazone (because, obviously, the phone number doesn't work...) told them what I think about their horrible products, reminded them the law about return policy by Amazon ('cause I bought it on their Amazon official page)

Finally a good surprise: free shipping back and my refund.

Thanks to Amazon's team member who made pressure on them.

I can't believe that I look at a picture that is incorrect on the instruction manual. I called the help get over the assembly Gap but I was told that I must pay $5 for them to help me put one of your products together.

I'm almost done but I'm so upset about what happened I think I'm going to tear it apart and send it back.

Very bad customer service. If I could talk to a real human it would be great instead of computer program

Fraud floors in the backyard

I can't get any help from them. Someone hacked my account and use my debit card at some company called bestproducts.com and they wanted me to pay to get some technical help.

They won't answer the telephones. They will not stop this person from taking money out. Out of my count because it's the weekend. I can't get bank have not been any help.

Whatsoever. And whoever this is, it's just draining my account to the point of overdrafts. I've asked him to call me. They have not called me.

I guess they think it's a joke because they're getting money, but this is fraud. And it's against the law, because I'm telling you, it is not me.

I am missing some products to SKY5267B I am missing one Bracket and did not get any Brackets with Foot pad there is supposed to be 4 of them. Product ordered April 3 PR 2d 933**** Also on slip was 124-****FL This product was ordered thru Target Charge thru Target on 4/1 using a Discover Card ending in 5833.

We like the product but it also appears that regulator on product # sky5267 is also faulty . My wife ordered this we are 432 Lakewood Lane NW , Rochester, MN 55901 Thank you John McGuine

Ordered two elevated garden planters. One came with a defective leg.

Tried to get a replacement from BCP but was told after they collected all my data that they couldn't provide service on products sold via Home Depot.

While I understand the companies have their policies about RMA's, theirs doesn't serve the end user. Now they'll get a return of the entire unit, which will cost everyone more.

If you need to ever cancel order, you will never get a live representative

I was going to be moving to South Carolina. Unfortunately, I took a hard fall and cracked two ribs.

My doctors advice told me not to move for the next eight weeks.

I called to cancel this order never talk to a person. Emails that they were sending me back-and-forth never gave me a confirmation number.

The sweater I received was just terrible. NOT cashmere, lots of threads and pulls on it.

No label, no back and front delineated. Not right size. Skimpy. Just horrible.

Customer service "chat" was terrible. Tried to tell me how to send photos so they could review my request for refund. I just gave up. Lost $42.00.

Horrible quality. Tossed it in garbage rather than spend another frustrating minute with them.
