I purchased a light fixture through Wal-mart and it was shipped directly to my home. I did not realize at the time of purchase that I could not return the item to Wal-mart.
The fixture was too long for our low ceiling and we determined a flush mounted ceiling fan would be better suited to our needs due to record-setting heat across the country. My request for a refund was approved by BCP's customer service rep, Jan, on July 4, 2018. I have a receipt for my postage returning the item to the address they gave in Indiana. In over 45 days, I have not received a refund nor a reply in response to my inquiries as to processing.
It appears they are quick to accept return items without reimbursing their customers. I will never do business with this company again.
