I purchased 2 items. I returned 1 UNOPENED product a month ago..STILL NO REFUND!!!

I have reached out several times and they continue to say 3-5 days. At this point I DO NOT want the other item but to scared to return it. I have never had this kind of experience before. I have reported this to the BBB and my credit card company.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I Will Not Stop until my card is refunded for BOTH ITEMS!

You will never get your refund if you return it. I never got mine and they dont answer phones or respond to chat.

They scam people. I have heard that people are taking their stuff to walmart for store credit. Not sure how that works.

I guess walmart sells their stuff. Good luck!
