Best Choice Products - Products not received, paid in full, company refuses to respond
Paid in full for a range of products. Damaged goods received, promptly returned them.
Company refuses to answer any queries on the whereabouts of the replacement product, or, refund any funds. Have requested update as to whether my goods will be delivered, or my money refunded, for 7 full weeks, and to no avail. Avoid this company at all costs, have paid several hundred dollars for goods that were never received, and the company refuses to respond to any queries.
Best Choice Products centre on an email based customer service system and makes itself very difficult to contact. I cannot get either my goods, or my money back, and in a word - this is theft.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
