I bought an outdoor fountain, and the motor lasted only a few months. I had warranty info and receipt. They kept asking where I bought it, etc. I had ordered it from Amazon and all the info is easily found on line, including the order number.

They responded with an automated message-they would respond within 24 hours. They of course never did.

Then, I just asked them if they would tell me how to buy a new motor because the fountain still looked good, and I just wanted a new motor. They would not even respond to that. I didn't ask for money back-I wanted to BUY a new motor, finally, and they wouldn't even respond to that request.

They just keep saying to red these articles on their web page. Then they ask if they help, which of course they do not.

They have no warranty, no customer service, and their products are poorly made.
