I am completely disgusted with this company. I ordered two beach chairs through, not realizing they were being sold by a third party vendor (Best Choice Products).

Upon receiving the chairs, I realized the quality was not as described or expected. I went to KMart to return the items, only to be told (after an hour of trying to figure it out) that it has to be returned through the vendor and KMart's return policy does not apply. I call Best Choice Products multiple times and could not get anyone on the line. When I finally got through, I was told I have to ship the products back to them AT MY OWN EXPENSE.

What?!? If I knew this, I would've ordered chairs through Amazon Prime or another vendor with a no hassle return policy!

Mind you, the chairs totaled $73.88 before taxes and when I went to the post office, it's going to cost $30.90 to return them to Best Choice Products. This is poor customer service and I will never do business with Kmart or Best Choice Products again.

That low key sounds like its your fault I have purchased through Walmart and they indicate that its a best choice product all you have to do is learn how to read and you will be fine.
