We have tried to contact customer service for 4 days, We get the same recording, music, and excuse of excessive volume of calls. I have been on hold for up to 45 minutes,,,my phone battery went dead.
I've been told to dial a different number where I would be put at the top of the list and then get the same recordings. I have requested a call back from customer service after being placed at the top of the list and get a recording stating that I should on and will be next in line...after waiting another 25 minutes I give up. All I want is to be able to return a product that I was not satisfied with.
I have tried to contact the service by Chat line and also by E-mail, Still not response from them. What should I do ?
