Ordered a desk for my husbands birthday and it was missing several pieces making the desk not useable. I had already broke the box down and thrown it outside in the rain.

Contacted the company thinking they would open another desk and get the missing pieces out to mail to us. No way they were going to do that to satisfy/keep a customer. Only resolution was for us to repackage everything and send it back. But the box was already ruined.

No sympathy for our situation because of BCP's mistake to begin with. Made to feel like we were criminals trying to scam on a lousy $65 desk. No refund, no replacement, they don't care. When told they were going to lose a customer who had made several purchases already over a $65 desk, they didn't care.

When told to delete our account, they refused. Once you create an account with this company, they own your information and refuse to give it up. *** business practice. They also claim to have "a new return policy" which customers should educate themselves on before ordering.

For a company to change their return policy sends up warning flags for me. Is it because BCP screws up so often they can't afford the cost of their mistakes anymore and are leaving the customer holding the bag? Sounds like.

Proceed with caution when ordering from this company. They truly don't care what your experience is like as long as they get their money.
