I ordered their Outdoor Patio Chair with Cuhsion, when it arrived the cushion was missing, I have written to the company and the first time I was told they would send me the missing cushion within 2 business days, it is now been 2 weeks and everytime I write back to them telling them I still DO NOT have the cushion to the chair they tell me the same thing, "that as soon as they have a Tracking Number they will send it to me" .. I planned on buying a matching chair from them but that will not happen now, its sad to think they are associated with Amazon because once they get your money they don't give a crap about the consumer!!!!
