Not resolved

Bought Kitchen Island. Assembling for over 1 1/2 hours and about 1/2 way thru the instructions called for a part, could not find it. needed 16 of them.

Called Best Choice, by the way they didn't have the phone number on the only manual included. I had to looked it up.

The Rep looked for the part and said they didn't have it in stock. He than gave me a choice, return for replacement or refund, "It's your choice" and through out our conversation he kept saying that "It's your Choice" problem was i didn't like his choices.

So they had one in stock, so i ask why couldn't he go and get the part out of the one in stock, wouldn't that be cheaper on there end? No, i cant do that.

He then repeated the choices and his phrase, "It's your choice"

Very Very unsatisfied!! I return the product.
