I bought four of these umbrellas in July 2018 for my back yard. Two yellow ones from Amazon, and two blue ones from BCP (only because Amazon did not stock that color).

One of the blue ones broke in 15 mph winds last month. When I called for a replacement they told me I was past their 60 day return policy.

Ridiculous, as I explained the situation clearly, and that this indicated a defective umbrella. Unless BCP contacts me after this review to send me a replacement at no cost, I will never order anything from them again, or recommend them to anyone.

If BCP would respond to this review and provide me with a replacement free of costs I would be happy to write a positive review.
