We bought a 4 wheeler for my daughter for Christmas. Since we live in the Northeast, she wasn’t able to use it until the spring, when the snow melted.

After only 2 uses, it broke. After contacting the company, they said there was nothing they could do since it was past the 60 day warranty.

Furthermore, they suggested that we try to “find a part locally”, since they don’t stock individual parts, but didn’t tell us exactly what we would need or where to buy it. Bottom line: don’t waste your money on defective products with no customer service to back them up.

"Furthermore, they suggested that we try to “find a part locally”, since they don’t stock individual parts, but didn’t tell us exactly what we would need or where to buy it." Honestly, how would they know what part you need without examining the vehicle?

My husband examined the ATV, and we told the BCP customer service agent which part we believed to be defective. They said they could do nothing, and that we’d need to try to find the part locally.
