We bought a patio umbrella. We had the umbrella just over 6 months and the base just cracked in half.

We hadn't even used it much. I emailed Best Choice Products and they stated there was nothing they could do since it had been over 6 months. I was not happy about that but did ask them if I could at least buy just the base. They stated they don't sell just the base.

This means I will have to go out and buy a brand new umbrella. Horrible customer service.

I will never shop with them again. Not at all customer friendly!
