I purchased a defective toddler Quad as a Christmas present for my grandson. There was NO paperwork (Invoice, return label) enclosed.
It was missing screws and the it could NOT be charged. I called on average 3-4 times daily for ONE WEEK immediately after Christmas. The automated phone service suggested I send an email which would be answered within 72 hours. I sent 3 e-mails which went unanswered.
I sent a CERTIFIED letter to the Manager/CEO. It was signed for at front desk BUT NEVER ANSWERED. This morning I spoke with ALFREDO who was immensely helpful and gracious. He listened attentively and responded with an apology on behalf of the company.
He is to be COMMENDED for his professional and compassionate service to a very frustrated customer who will NEVER patronize Best Choices again.
