I had purchased a treadmill through Amazon that was a best choice product. I have always had good service and no problem with my order through amazon until I decided to make a purchase from them.
Best Choice uses Fed Ex which is a big problem within itself. To make this long story short, I never received my product though it was stated that it was delivered. Contacted all parties and Best Choice stated that if I didn't have my product by 5/1/17 that they would send me a replacement. Now of course they won't call me back and when I sent an email providing my order number.
they replied back 3 hours later asking me what was going on. Are you serious? I've called literally over 8 times and have sent over 5 emails and now there acting as if they don't know what's going on.
I have never experienced such lack of customer service and such poor communication. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!@
