I ordered an electronic keyboard for my son's main Christmas gift, big mistake. I ordered on Dec 9th, money came out my account next day.

I received an email with the Fed Ex tracking #. Keyboard was supposed to get delivered on Dec 20. I sent 2 emails on Dec 22nd. Waited until Dec 27th to call, waited forever, finally gave up.

Dec 28th, I was able to use their chat feature. I supposedly will receive a refund in 3-5 days. I asked if I would receive an email confirmation and was told yes.

Haven't seen one yet. I will wait a couple more days and if I don't see my refund, I will report them to my bank and file a fraud claim.
