Ordered a futon on-line, received an email follow day saying that it would be shipped in 1-5 business days. FedEx received the shipping label, but never the product.
I was able to get through the BCP customer service line 1 time, after waiting on hold forever. Was told that my order was still in their warehouse. Well, that was a week ago. Still cannot get through customer service after trying 3 days in a row.
Even emailed them.....no reply. FedEx still does not have my product. Worst customer service ever.....(or NO customer service at all).
Filed a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back. Never again....
