My son bought me a foot massager for Christmas from this company off of the website and straight out of the box it didn't turn on. I tried plugging it in to different outlets with no luck.

I immediately researched this company and saw all of the negative reviews and agreed with them. The box that the item came in had no company name or logo on it which told me that it was probably not going to work. I believe that this is a shell company set up by scam artists. I emailed them and will see how long it takes to get a response back.

My son is 20 so he didn't know to do his research before buying anything online. I have informed my son to contact his credit card company to stop payment on what he paid for it.
