Ordered wrong size patio canopy, emailed them within 5 minutes of placing order that I ordered the wrong size and needed different size or to cancel order. 8 hours later I get an automated email stating they had a "Team" working on my problem.
24 hours after that they told me they didn't have the size I needed and could not cancel my order because it had already shipped.
So what was their 'Team" doing in the 30 hours since my first email, well probable delaying all they could so when the wrong item shipped they could charge me a restocking fee (I also have to pay return shipping on this heavy large item) Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Thanks for letting me vent.
