They take days to respond to your emails unless you send them 3 or 4 back to back. When they finally respond, they claim that they will send or have sent a return shipping label attached to the email finally sent but have not only provided an RMA#.
Now days have gone by and still no return shipping label they claim they will provide.
Unbelievable Poor Customer service they have. I have spoke to customer service a long time ago and you can tell it was someone at their house, young, uneducated, not knowing how to help and also hard to hear with all the noise from the kids in the background.
