NEVER RECIVED THE 12V TRUCK BUT WANT ME TO PUT FOR FOUR WHEELS

How unfortunate when a company like this joins the establishment of others that advertise and can not deliver as they advertise. Their hypocritical values will produce an outrage within you. This is just another example of what I am going to explain why you should read those one-star ratings or reviews. Stay tuned, soon or later it is going to come to your backyard. The blatant manifestation of emails lies of supreme disservice can not be overlooked or downplayed. For over a month, I researched numerous websites for a ride on a power wheel truck for my grandson's birthday. After pulling back the curtains on other businesses that customers exposed their deceitI decided to go with Best Choice 12V Ride on Truck. In addition, I purchased an extra battery, charger, and extended warranty protection plan. My daytime nightmare began when I received the tuck wheels that had the wrong name on them. The second bolt of lighting came when they claimed I had received the truck which they screwed up for the wheels. You read it right, they wanted me to pay for four wheels without a car to put them on. They raised Lazarus from the grave and insisted that I pay them for the wheels. Lighting stuck again when they asked me to download a printout label for a refund for the wheels. The entire shipment is supposed to come in two separate orders, so how can I be refunded for a set of wheels and not the additional items is mystified. All *** broke loose when they said that the charger would not be shipped as advertised. I paid a shipping fee for all the items. Most likely a Walmart is down the street from YOU or at a click of mouse for better service. They are not worth a one star rating.

Can I get a replacement top for my bird bath the rest of the product is fine. I will be happy with a replacement without a chip. This is a very difficult and time consuming process for the customer

Spoke to customer service and explained our 2 year old umbrella handle/rachet as broken. Also explained it maybe from user error and I'm not looking for any free parts or replacement. Company offered no replacement parts or solutions. Only solution was to buy a new umbrella. Seems unreasonable that after two years they were not willing to do anything to help us out. Will not buy another product from Best Product.

Not the ukulele I ordered

I received the package today and what I found was not exactly what I ordered. SKY4075 Brown 21.9 in. soprano ukulele. The ukulele would not tune at all! Only the gig bag was included. No tuner, no strap, no extra string, no 3 picks and no cleaning cloth as stated in the description. I would like a refund and return this unsuitable product, please! It is unplayable. Send a REFUND FORM and I will return in the same box. I would like my payment of $32.99 returned to me or credited to my visa. Thank you very much. Sincerely, Mrs. Aurelia H. Wight

GOT RIPPED OFF.

After a purchase on Ebay, they said because of my purchase I could get two free items that i could pick. I paid shipping of $5.95 each. 15 days later I was billed $59.95 for a cheap health watch and $59.95 for cheap ear buds. This is and was a total SCAM. This company should be charged with fraud. Both are junk.

Upset with Mushroom Pasta Sauce

Maybe it's me but shouldn't mushroom pasta sauce have mushrooms in it????? I bought the large can of Best Choice MUSHROOM pasta sauce and it didn't have even one mushroom in it that I could make out. There were teeny tiny flecks of something, but honestly it could have been anything. I'll buy the name brand next time.

Needed advice on base for cantilever umbrella weights

Asus was kind and advised me to use and to reorder a new four piece weight system. I will use Sand this year instead of water. Probably good to insert a warning in the directions that the plastic weights are not sturdy enough to stand on without rupturing them.

I purchased a Best Choice 4000L gal. Bio Filter for my pond. When I tried to replace the UV light, the base unit became damaged. I called Customer Service to get a replacement, I was told they no longer stock the bio filter and they did not have any information on the company that made the unit. So I'm out of luck. By the way, this is my 2nd one in 3 years.

LOST MY PAID ORDER

I've been waiting over TWO WEEKS for a package that was scheduled for a 3 Day delivery. I even received an email stating it was on the way. I just found out that my order was never shipped and the offer I received was to resubmit my order, wait another 7 to 10 days to receive a replacement, or cancel the order altogether. I paid through PayPal.and it also takes them forever to do things, and I placed the order with Walmart who apparently partners with Best Choice. There's no way I wanted to be bothered trying to get a refund. I wanted my order!! I've spent the last TWO DAYS emailing back and forth between Best Choice and Walmart with a different customer service rep each time. I've received nothing but excuses from BOTH companies: "I'm sorry you've been inconvenienced, but...." SO AM I!!! AND if the package gets sent through Fed-Ex, forget it. It'll be 2022 before it's delivered.

Lasagna

Advertisement on both sides of lasagna. Was put in refrigerator to thaw prior to baking which I did not need until the next day. Upon taking the lasagna out of the package, it had been upside down and was leaking juice. Found baking information on small square on side of box. Front of box and back side of box are both the same. Would be nice if they could/would change advertisement and at least add FRONT or BACK so you could see how to set it in the refrigerator and/or the freezer and no more screw-ups. WILL unlikely never be done though. By the way, this was the large 12 serve portion costing $12.00 w/tax.

Long story short. I asked for a replacement piece for a bistro table that had fallen apart after a short period of time. The "customer Service agent" said they would like to help me but they HAD NO MORE in stock. Been OOS for months and didn't know when they would get more in. So I hung up and ordered one and damned if they didn't process the order and were going to send it to me within three days! Liars! Working from home he probably didn't even look the item up as he said he did. Then I refused delivery and tried to cancel the order the next day before it even left their warehouse. They have "no means" of stopping an order which is in process!?! This is 2021, you can do anything you want to in a Company's computer system! So, I spent over two hours on the phone with them and Fed Ex trying to place a "refuse delivery" on the order, which thanks to FedEx I was just now finally able to do. Called back to complain to a manager, and NO MATTER WHAT I SAID, they REFUSED to let me talk to another person - manager or not. Very bad business.

A customer had stated there was no instruction manual and since I had just ordered the 16.9 qt XXXL Air Fryer I panicked and called customer service. Immediately received an email with the manual. Received the Air Fryer the next day and of course there was a manual enclosed. Just had to thank them for the excellent service

Perhaps I got lucky, but I had a very good experience with customer service. I ordered a product in November for Christmas. Order got messed up and the ensuing e-mails seemed like it was going to be a negative experience. However, I not only received an e-mail stating that the product would be delivered on time by Federal Express, but I also received a personal phone call stating that they would refund the money because of the confusing communications. This was entirely unexpected. Few companies do this, and I am impressed with the integrity of their commitment to customer satisfaction.
