Ordered a riding toy for my grandson. Expected the 3/5 day shipping as advertised.
I was notified after 1 day that the order was sent. My credit card was charged at this time. After waiting 6 days for the item, I called customer service 3 times. No one ever answered.
I finally hung up after 20 minutes each time. After e-mailing them, I finally got an answer. The item had not been shipped. I asked them to express ship the item since I needed it as a special birthday present.
I never received any reply. Now, I want my money back.
I have never had such terrible customer service. I would not do business with them again and would encourage anyone else to avoid them also.
