I bought 2 outdoor bar stools through walmart from best choice products for the 4th of July. We received them July 2nd and just used them around 5 times when the balls from the swivel assembly started to fall out and therefore the swivel function does not work.

I contacted them and was told to send them a picture of the chair which I did with a picture of all the balls out. I sent them a picture 2 times and followed up with an email but have not received a response. I tried to call them on 8/6 and was told they were closed. I'm concerned that they are putting me off so that my 60 days will expire for the return.

I'm disappointed with bestchoice products and walmart.

I called walmart and they told me that I had to go through best choice that they couldn't help me but since I went through them I feel they are also responsible for offering this product on their website! Poor customer service from both best choice and walmart!!
