I followed the process detailed by BCP---provided shipping information, order number and actual photos of the broken part. One of the feet on the patio furniture we received was broken ---going on 2 months now.
We received an email that our request was being worked ---but then nothing. I just want to know where I can get this part. The site does not give a process to escalate or and get a current status on the request.
I just want a way to either purchase a replacement part or have one sent to us---so we can repair this seat. Not sure what next steps are at this point ---
