I ordered the ride on Jeep from Walmart.com. When the jeep finally arrived We got it all put together and charged.

It was time to *** the truck went forward and then died. I immediately started trying to get in touch with the company to no avail they don't take customer calls. so then I started emailing them no response. I contacted Walmart.com and they sent them an email, best choice then reached out to me asking about the problem, I responded with all the details and informed them that I would like a refund and how should I go about returning the jeep.

I have heard nothing back from them, I feel like they are stalling so they won't have to honor a refund or exchange, I will never order from this company again, i'll take the responsibility for not realizing it was not a Walmart item This company is the worst I have ever dealt with and I have been doing online shopping for years. I will be getting in touch with Walmart.com to see if they can provide any further asistance

I am having a similar issue. Bought it, assembled it and charged it for my daughter to open on Xmas and the jeep has no power at all.

Did everything it said to do and nothing. I have emailed the company and hope to receive a full refund as The jeep has never been used.
