I ordered the ride on Jeep from When the jeep finally arrived We got it all put together and charged.

It was time to *** the truck went forward and then died. I immediately started trying to get in touch with the company to no avail they don't take customer calls. so then I started emailing them no response. I contacted and they sent them an email, best choice then reached out to me asking about the problem, I responded with all the details and informed them that I would like a refund and how should I go about returning the jeep.

I have heard nothing back from them, I feel like they are stalling so they won't have to honor a refund or exchange, I will never order from this company again, i'll take the responsibility for not realizing it was not a Walmart item This company is the worst I have ever dealt with and I have been doing online shopping for years. I will be getting in touch with to see if they can provide any further asistance

I have bought 3 ride ons from Best Choice Products 2- 4 wheelers and 1 jeep the batteries are junk with a 60 day warranty, bought the the last one in Feb. 2019, did not give it to my grandson until June the battery will not charge called the customer service, was told it is only 60 day warranty.

Will not be buying from them again, and will be telling other people to do also. Dennis Spain, DeWitt, Iowa


I am having a similar issue. Bought it, assembled it and charged it for my daughter to open on Xmas and the jeep has no power at all.

Did everything it said to do and nothing. I have emailed the company and hope to receive a full refund as The jeep has never been used.
