I first contacted them to return a patio set I bought because my husband bought another that we ended up liking better. I did not even open the box and simply asked to return the item.

They offered me a partial refund to keep the item. I agreed to the partial refund. I unboxed the item and 3 of the 4 chairs were damaged.

I have contacted them 4 times in 4 days with no response trying to return an item in place of the offered partial refund. They advertise "free returns" within 30 days, and it's only been 2 weeks and they are now ignoring my request to return the damaged patio set.

Reason of review: Bad quality.
