Two emails with no response other than automated. Multiple long wait times on phone only to leave my number to keep my place in line and when the call came which was at least 1.5 hrs later it was automated telling me they are experiencing technical difficulties and for me to call back.

I attempted to call via internet multiple times with no answer. All I need is a return authorization number. Will never buy this product again. I purchased two transformers from on 11/18 and one of them is not working properly.

I decided to return both of them to keep my gifts consistent with my grandkids. I would appreciate a return authorization so I may do this.
