I order a HD TV antenna outdoor amplified 150-mile radius HD TV antenna from bestchoiceproducts.com on Tue Oct 18, 2016 just after 6:20 AM their time, PST. I gave them my valid credit card number as payment.

They said that the antenna would be delivered via Fed Ex in 3 to 5 days. As of Tue Oct 25, 2016, the antenna has not been delivered. I do not have a Fed Ex tracking number.

Walmart.com called bestchoice to confirm my order.

Best Choice Products review in Kuna, Idaho: Extremely poor quality

1. During assembly, the two rods which hold the lower rack on were an inch too long in order to apply the wheels. 2. Holes for the screws that hold the lids on were over "bored" (too large). Screws just sat in the holes. 3. Side vent for controlling temperature moves freely and will not stay open. 4. Racks for supporting coals bent rather easy once heated, coals collapsed and fell through side vent onto the ground. Nice hot coals on the ground. 5. Used the smoker twice for up to 6 hours on Turkey and 4 hours on two chickens. Top of Turkey was dry and over cooked, bottom was under 140 degrees. Same with the chickens. 6. Both handles split while trying to install. They are still loose. 7. Side trays do not hold any weight at all. 8. I will need to purchase new support racks for coals or wood before using again. Only used twice. 9. Smoke escapes from lid due to extremely thin metal.

I agree. I ordered mine May 21, 2016.

August 22 the seat under the cushions on mine split and now no one can sit on the swing. I emailed the company and was sent back

Having the same problem now!! I was supposed to have my package last wk and the tracking number says they haven't even shipped it out only a label was created.

WALMART won't help me at all because it's their third party vendor. I cannot get anyone to email me back or contact me and there phone line just gives an automated message saying to email them and they will respond within a timely manner. So untrue!

I'm at a loss on what to do now. they took my money but I haven't got my product!!!
