Sixty day purchase warranty on everything?!

I got a honey extractor as a Christmas gift that I could not use until now, part is broken. The item would have a 1 year warranty with any legitimate company but only a 60 day purchase warranty with this one. Simple chipped plexiglass lid because it shifted during shipping but not willing to replace it. They did find the order and acknowledged that they had a record of purchase but told me to try to find it "locally." How am I going to find a specialty lid locally? I do not know why anyone would knowingly buy from a company that only offers 60 day warranties on their products. I am sure that was not clear when the people who gifted this to me purchased it.

Worst return policy. I bought a 12v remote control power wheel from here, the remote stopped working after 30 days(red light flashed everytime I pushed a button). My kids did not use it much, so 2 months after i had it, it went dead. Did not try to charge it or use it again until almost 2 weeks and it will not charge. Car lights would come on for a second and then cut back off. And there was nothing they could do about it.

Do not wash covers to patio furniture!

Bought patio furniture and washed it as it got very dirty. Cover came out shredded in a ball. Unable to recognize. Company refused a replacement since I bought it over 60 days ago and would not sell me a cover or pillow with cover. Said I was basically out of luck! Worst customer service ever. I will never purchase anything from them. Very cheaply made!

i ordered two big wicker chairs $98 each and when they got here they didn’t fit on my porch right and i tried to return them but the customer service was terrible they weren’t clear with any directions and finally after multiple emails i called and i have to ship them myself and take these huge heavy chairs to the post office and pay $70 in shipping and so i lost $70 for having chairs that don’t fit my porch. so frustrating make sure you really want what you buy!!

Poor Customer Service and Warranty

After only a few uses my daughters toy remote control car from best choice products died. Upon contacting customer service I kept getting the run around about needing a purchase order for them to address warranty issues. Being that this was a gift it was a challenge (while I offered to provide any other information from the product), they still said they couldn’t help, but basically ignored details in my contacts to customer service. I did ultimately obtain the purchase order from the individual who bought it and sent it along only to be told that the product only has a 60 day warranty window and they don’t make replacement parts for it so I was out of luck. Pretty disappointed in both their customer service and product quality. I won’t be buying any of their products in the future and would encourage others to do the same.

Air Fryer Dead in 5 Months

We bought an air fryer from Best Choice Products which died 5 months later. They said since it wasn’t with 60 days there was no warranty. Not very often does an appliance die within 60 days.

I purchased one of the large patio umbrellas with the led lights and the umbrella was put up into a sturdy stand but the umbrella lasted about 2 hours and a rod broke. Cheaply made, poor quality BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUT. Yes the wind was blowing but not hard enough to break the rod. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

First off I am NOT one of those people to run straight to reviews due to a slight issue that simply annoyed me but this was ridiculous beyond my understanding.... I ordered something on Sunday with guaranteed delivery before a party I was throwing. by Wed night, no update/tracking number for order, sent an email to see what was going on. Received email saying "your credit card is being refunded".... no reason why. Called the next morning and they told me the item was out of stock. period. nothing else. OK fine, do you have it in another color? Can you tell me when it WILL be in stock? ANYTHING? They called the warehouse and confirmed that they had it in another color, I said fine - I'll take that but please expedite the order so I have it in time. "Sorry ma'me, we don't have expedited shipping as an option". OK... then she couldn't process the order, I'd have to go back on the site and re-purchase the other color, I did so, got an email confirming my order..... 5 hours later I get ANOTHER EMAIL saying this one is out of stock as well and my credit card is being refunded AGAIN. Called again... said that they don't have "all pieces necessary to ship" and they wont ship with a piece missing (it was a sectional with a table, if the table is what was missing I would have happily taken just the sofa). This is all after having the first lady confirm that it was IN STOCK in the warehouse at that exact moment..... Finally got down to "they have nothing to offer me at this time" and that I should call back in 4 WEEKS to see if its back in stock to order and they'd give me a 20% discount. MEANWHILE throughout this whole process (1 week) BOTH items are still available on their website for purchase....... In this day-in-age, with company's like Amazon providing incredible customer service, its company's like this that will surely flounder.

We purchase the 12V Ride On Car with MP3 Electric Battery Power, Pink and not only do they not sell replacement parts when their cars stop working but the CS is horrible. I called to see if they knew of anywhere I could find a replacement battery for the car we purchased through them. I was told to “search ride on cars replacement batteries on eBay or amazon and find it there”, so I go on to ask her I there’s a specific search to find the correct one and she told me unfortunately not. Omg! So I called amazon because of course I have a hard time finding it on my own and guess what. They weren’t able to find one either. Save your money and purchase through somewhere else. This company is a joke and a waste of time and money

While my boy enjoyed the Jeep for a while it stopped working. I volt tested the batter and it was fine.

I'm assuming the board is bad because all the wires are attached perfectly. This company does NOT SELL PARTS!

My problem has been resolved. Once you get a real person to talk to, then you'll get some action on moving forward.

The best way to communicate is through Facebook.

Also, always get pics of defective product. They were very nice and have made me happy!

Bought a recliner Nov. 26th, everything worked fine.

It's a massage model. Put together, threw away box when knew all was working. Less than two weeks later, cheap fabric starts to literally peel off of chair on both sides. Bought it on Walmart.com.

First I complained there, then I tried to contact Best Choice, never got a response, I've tried to call, email everything. In the meantime, I'm out $256.00. I knew this wasn't a high quality recliner but it had great reviews on Walmart.com. This recliner is used very little and by my husband only.

No animals have ever been on it. I can't return to Walmart and I can't return recliner to Best Choice because I don't have the box, not to mention it weights 92 lbs.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, *** MERCHANDISE, *** SERVICE. THIS PIC IS FROM TWO WEEKS AGO, IT'S WORSE NOW & ON BOTH SIDES.

I would like the top part of the chair replaced free of charge or a credit of $125 which represents half the cost of the chair.

I ordered a chair from this company and instead they sent me a hammock even though I paid for a chair. I tried to call the customer service and nobody answers. They say hang up and someone will call back. When they called back they said they were experiencing technical difficulties and to call another number. I was told I would now be first in line. I waited another 30 minutes and nobody ever came to the phone. I have emailed them 3 times without result. I have now had to go to my credit card company for assistance since nobody will respond to me. I have NEVER had such poor customer service and I will never use this company for anything.

I should have read the reviews first..Never buy anything again from this company through Walmart. Ordered a drone for a Christmas present and one of propellers was broken. It looked like someone returned it back before. Plus the packaging was not right either. Sent two emails and no response. Not sure if I want to return it cause i might not get my refund back. With all the bad reviews it kind of sucks. So DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered an electronic keyboard for my son's main Christmas gift, big mistake. I ordered on Dec 9th, money came out my account next day.

I received an email with the Fed Ex tracking #. Keyboard was supposed to get delivered on Dec 20. I sent 2 emails on Dec 22nd. Waited until Dec 27th to call, waited forever, finally gave up.

Dec 28th, I was able to use their chat feature. I supposedly will receive a refund in 3-5 days. I asked if I would receive an email confirmation and was told yes.

Haven't seen one yet. I will wait a couple more days and if I don't see my refund, I will report them to my bank and file a fraud claim.
