Bought a canopy swing from them a year ago. Seat ripped and we called to ask uf we could buy a replacement part from them. They do not have replacement parts and could not tell ne where to get one. Their customer service department is so unprofessional and even swore on the phone because we had a bad telephone connection. Their email back to me had so many spelling mistakes and incorrect grammar. Something is wrong with Best Choice!

I purchased a screen house last year. We did not have a place for it until now. When I opened the box a panel had a rear in it. They will not send me a replacement panel even though the product was unopened. May calls and chat sessions about this.

I was trying to cancel one of my orders that costs over 100 dollars, the lady I spoke to on the phone at best choice was the worst I’ve ever experienced, when I was receiving no help from her I asked to speak to someone with higher power in the company and she proceeded to tell me that no one was available, then she proceeded to tell me that she’s going to put me in contact with someone with a higher status in the company. They kept going around lies and lies so I wouldn’t be able to cancel my order I believe that they need to review their customer service because it was the worst I’ve ever encountered.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a tent that says 4 person. It should of said four toddlers. We returned it and they tried to bargain with us dropping price each time so we did t have to return it. Ten emails later and two weeks we now have received an e mail stating they wanted a photo of receipt from post office to prove we have sent it. I received the ride on truck with remote today. When I did an inventory of the parts it appeared to be complete. However, when I got to assembly step 16 ( hooking up the battery) it wasn't there nor anywhere in the box. I cannot speak with a customer representative because I have been on hold for over an hour. Even tried to use the call back service.. Still waiting.
