I bought my artificial christmas tree on November 4th, 2018 through Amazon. I recieved my package on November 7th, 2018, so it did come very quickly.

When I opened up my package and started putting me tree together i realized I was missing the entire top of the tree, so I emailed the company. At first I was told that they could not give me a refund or send me the missing part because I bought the tree in April!! I had to send them numerous lieces of evidence that I actually bought and recieved my package in November! Then I was told that they could send me my missing part but they dont have it available!!!

How do you not have the entire tree to ship.

So even if they sent me a replacement tree, which was offered to me, I would still be getting a tree with a missing top!! I will never be buying from this company again!!
